5、水泵與管路之間的結(jié)合面應(yīng)保證良好的氣密性，尤其是進(jìn)水管路必須保證嚴(yán)格的不漏氣，并且在裝置上無窩存空氣的可能；
6、如水泵安裝在進(jìn)水水位以上時(shí)，為了灌泵起動(dòng)，一般可裝底閥，也可采用真空引水方法；
7、水泵與出水管路之間一般需裝閘閥和止回閥(揚(yáng)程小于20米的可不用)。止回閥裝在閘閥后面。
以上所述的安裝方法是指不帶公共底座的水泵機(jī)組。
對配帶公共底座的泵機(jī)組的安裝，只要調(diào)整底座與混凝土基礎(chǔ)之間的楔形墊鐵來校正泵機(jī)組的水平，然后于其間灌注混凝土。其安裝原則與要求和不配帶公共底座的泵機(jī)組安裝相同。
1、起動(dòng)與停止：
(1)、起動(dòng)前，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)泵機(jī)組轉(zhuǎn)子應(yīng)該輕滑均勻；
(2)關(guān)閉出水閘閥，灌泵(如無底閥則用真空泵抽空氣引水)，要保證泵內(nèi)充滿水，無空氣窩存；
(3)、如果泵上裝有真空表或壓力表，要關(guān)閉其與泵連接管路上的旋塞再起動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)，待轉(zhuǎn)速正常后再打開；然后逐漸打開出水閘閥，如流量過大，可以適當(dāng)?shù)仃P(guān)閉閘閥進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，盡量使泵運(yùn)行工況接近泵的設(shè)計(jì)點(diǎn)。
(4)、均勻地?cái)Q緊填料壓蓋上的壓緊螺母，使液體呈滴狀流出，同時(shí)注意填料腔處

the pipe must be keeping good sealing, especially no leakage of air occures from the inlet pipe and no possible
remained air. in it in the cause of installation.
6. If the pump is installed above
the suction wate level, it should be equiped foot valve for pouring ware and
driving and it also can suck water by suction
vacuum.

and requirements are suitable for the pump set without common bedplate; samely, for the pump set with common bedplate, you also can refer to the above mention methods.
Starting and stopping:
1. Before starting, turning the
rotor, it should be flexible.
2. Close the discharge valve, pour water
in it (if no foot valve, with a vacuum pump for drawing water instead) . Be
sure the pump full of water and no air remained in it.
3. If there is a vacuum gauge
installed on the pump, the cocks on the pipe passage way which connect
the pump should be turned off. Then start the motor. It is not allowed to turn
