JYWQ系列泵結(jié)構(gòu)說明

    JYWQ型自動(dòng)攪勻潛水排污泵由電機(jī)．泵和攪勻結(jié)構(gòu)三部分組成．三者通過油隔離室及機(jī)械密封組件隔開．電機(jī)、泵及攪勻裝置合用同一軸(轉(zhuǎn)子)整個(gè)水泵長(zhǎng)度短．結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。配備多種保護(hù)裝置．使得泵運(yùn)行安全可靠。

其主要部件作用如下：

信號(hào)線1：

配備全保水泵控制柜．對(duì)泵實(shí)行全方位保護(hù)．包括漏水、斷相、短路、過熱、電機(jī)過載等項(xiàng)目。

電機(jī)定子7：

采用F級(jí)絕緣。

漏水探頭10：

該元件裝在油室內(nèi)，當(dāng)機(jī)械密封損壞后．水進(jìn)入油室，探頭可發(fā)出信號(hào)由控制系統(tǒng)對(duì)泵實(shí)施保護(hù)。

機(jī)械密封11：

采用雙道串聯(lián)密封．選用新型硬質(zhì)耐腐碳化鎢材質(zhì)．具有密封可靠．耐磨．壽命長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn)。

葉輪13：

葉輪采用單流道或雙流道結(jié)構(gòu)．具有很強(qiáng)的通過能力．能夠通過大的物料及纖維垃圾．減少堵塞．纏繞的故障。

泵體14：

與葉輪配用，使得泵具有高的效率。

攪拌輪15：

通過該輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)．將底部水以壓力出水．自動(dòng)攪勻水池內(nèi)沉淀污物．便于泵完全抽送污水．徹底排出沉淀物．達(dá)到凈化水池的作用。

ABOUT THE STRUCTURE OF JYWQ SERIES PUMP

    JYWQ series auto-stirring submersible sewage pump consists of motor, pump and stirrer and they are separated by the oil isolating room and the mechanical seal assembly and use one shaft (rotor), belonging to an electro mechanically integrated product. The whole water pump is short and compact structured and equipped with multiple protectors to have the pump safely and reliably run.

The functions of the main parts come as below:

Signal line 1:

Equipped with fully-protective control cabinet for the pump to protect it in all respects, including water leak, phase breaking, short circuit, overheat, motor's overload etc.

Stator of motor 7:

Use F-grade dielectric.

Water-leak probe 10:

Placed in the oil room. It will send out a signal when water gets into the room due damaged mechanical seal and cause the control system to protect the pump.

Mechanical seal 11:

Use a dual-path series seal and the new-style material of hard corrosion-proof tungsten carbide and feature reliable seal, wearable, long duration etc.

Impeller 13:

The impeller uses a single or dual flow-path structure and holds a powerful passing capacity to let big materials and fiber rubbish pass and reduce the failures caused due to block-up and wrapping.

Pump casing 14:

Fitted with the impeller to have the pump of a high efficiency.

Stirring wheel 15:

with the wheel rotating, the water on the bottom goes out in a pressured water to automatically stir the deposited sewage inside of the water pool uniformly to be helpful for the pump to pump the sewage completely, getting the action of water pool purification.
